n
depths of 1.5 metres, 2.0 metres and 2.5 metres. This range of Pump Stations
is specially designed to go underground where the pressures and weights that
pump chamber has to withstand is much greater than an above ground chamber.
The depth of chamber you
choose will depend on how far BELOW GROUND LEVEL your incoming waste water
pipe is. Because all waste water pipes have to be laid in such a way as to
allow the waste water/sewage to 'run' downhill (gravity feed) into your Pump
Station (a gradient of between 1:40 to 1:100) then the distance below ground
depends on how far underground the waste pipe starts at the house end and
how far from the house the tank is to be sited.
When you buy a T&PD
1000 please tell us the DEPTH of tank you want or tell us how far below
ground you want your incoming waste pipe to enter the Pump Station.
